These terms govern your use of Duel, including the casino, Duel Originals, Live Casino, the sportsbook and the Wallet. Creating an account means you agree to them. The operator is Immortal Snail LLC. This text was last updated in October 2026.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and able to form a binding contract. You must register in your own name and keep one account. You are responsible for checking that using Duel is lawful where you are.
Restricted countries
We do not accept players from Afghanistan, Armenia, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lithuania, North Korea, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Slovakia, Spain, Syria, Yemen, the United Arab Emirates, Montenegro, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and its territories, France, the Netherlands (including Curaçao and other countries and territories that form part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands), Australia, Venezuela, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Libya, Somalia, Myanmar/Burma, Sudan, South Sudan, Mali or the Central African Republic. If you are in a restricted country, do not open an account. We will not help you avoid that restriction.
The account
Registration asks for a username and a password of at least 8 characters with 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter and 1 number. Email and a referral code are optional. You must accept these terms. You are responsible for activity under your login. Tell support if you suspect unauthorised use.
Wallet and cryptocurrency
Deposits and withdrawals use the Wallet and the cryptocurrencies it lists. You must send a deposit on the network named for that coin. Funds sent on the wrong network can be lost. Withdrawals are typically processed in 5–45 minutes after they are accepted, subject to network conditions and any verification we still need. We do not publish a universal minimum deposit on these pages. The figure shown in the Wallet at the time of the transaction is the one that applies.
Games and sportsbook
Duel Originals, slots, Live Casino, Game Shows and the sportsbook are offered as available. Rules printed inside a game or on a sports market are part of that product. Prices, fixtures and tables change. A malfunction voids the affected round or bet. Casino RTP and sportsbook odds are different systems and do not transfer between them.
Promo codes and rakeback
HELLAGOOD, HELLADUEL and BITDEGREE are new-player codes entered at registration. They provide rakeback on eligible wagers in house Blackjack and other eligible casino games. They are not a deposit-match bonus, free spins or a no-deposit chip. We may refuse a code that was mistyped, reused, or entered on an ineligible account. Zero Edge and Instant Rakeback apply only where the game screen shows them.
Verification
We may request identity, address or source-of-funds information before you deposit further or withdraw. Supplying false documents is a breach of these terms. Duel is not a no-KYC service.
Licence
Duel is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under Licence No. ALSI-202411026-FI1. That licence is not an authorisation from an Irish regulator.
Acceptable use
You must not cheat, collude, use automated play that the game forbids, abuse bonuses, or harass staff or other players. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, including while we complete a review.
Liability
The platform is provided as available. We are not liable for losses caused by a cryptocurrency network, a wrong address you entered, or an interruption outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the account after an update is acceptance of the new terms. Material changes that affect a balance will be communicated through the account or by email if we hold one.
